DIO: NAMM Signing Sessions Announced

January 4, 2007

DIO's official web site has been updated with the following message:

"Ronnie [James Dio, vocals] and the boys celebrated the New Year with a bash in Varna, Bulgaria, which also celebrated the country's acceptance into the European Union. Ronnie was the guest of honor at the ribbon cutting ceremony at which a 16-story building side painting of him was unveiled. A fine way to bring in the New Year for sure!

"NAMM 2007: This year's NAMM convention will be held January 18-21, 2007 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA. Ronnie and Craig [Goldy, guitar] will be signing autographs at the Engl Amps booth on Friday, January 19 at 1:00 p.m., while Simon [Wright, drums] will be signing over at the Vic Firth booth at that time. The entire band will appear at the Dean Markley booth later that day 3:00-5:00 p.m."
